Specialist therapies, chosen carefully for every patient.

Every animal is assessed before treatment so that the right combination of modalities can be used. Most patients benefit from more than one approach over a course of care.

What is ETT?

Electro Therapy Technique (ETT) using the Winks Greene Transeva — the core of every treatment.

ETT (Electro Therapy Technique) using the Winks Greene Transeva is a non-invasive treatment modality that delivers carefully calibrated electrical impulses through the skin and into underlying muscle, fascia and connective tissue. The therapy is precise, gentle and tailored to each animal's condition and temperament.

How ETT works

  • Electrical impulses mimic the body's own nerve signals, stimulating muscles to contract and relax rhythmically.
  • This rhythmic action flushes out inflammatory by-products and brings in fresh, oxygenated blood.
  • The Transeva's unique waveform reaches deep tissue layers that manual therapy alone often cannot access.
  • Treatment intensity is adjusted in real time based on the animal's response and comfort level.

Conditions ETT can help with

  • Muscle spasm, tension and guarding patterns
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation and scar tissue
  • Ligament and tendon strains or tears
  • Chronic stiffness in older animals
  • Back pain and pelvic asymmetry in horses
  • Reduced performance or subtle lameness
  • Neurological conditions affecting muscle tone

What to expect in an ETT session

1

Assessment

A full visual and hands-on evaluation of posture, gait and muscle condition.

2

Treatment

The Transeva is applied to targeted areas for 15–30 minutes depending on the case.

3

Re-check

Movement and comfort are reassessed to gauge immediate response.

4

Plan

A tailored program is discussed, including frequency and any home exercises.

Electro Therapy Technique (ETT)

Electro Therapy Technique (ETT)

The Transeva is a specialised electrotherapy device developed by Winks Greene. It works deep into muscle tissue to release spasm, reduce pain and accelerate recovery from soft-tissue injury. Sessions are calm, hands-on and well tolerated by even anxious patients.

  • Releases deep muscle spasm
  • Eases pain and stiffness
  • Supports post-injury recovery
  • Improves range of motion
  • Stimulates circulation and lymphatic drainage
Canine Hydrotherapy

Canine Hydrotherapy

Water removes weight from sore joints while resistance gently rebuilds muscle. Hydrotherapy is ideal for post-operative dogs, arthritic seniors and athletic patients returning to work — offered for canine patients only.

  • Low-impact strengthening
  • Improves joint mobility
  • Builds cardiovascular fitness
  • Reduces swelling through hydrostatic pressure
Sumchi Technique

Sumchi Technique

A targeted manual technique used to address muscle tightness, restricted movement and asymmetry. The Sumchi technique complements other modalities and is tailored to each animal's tolerance and presentation.

  • Restores symmetry
  • Improves range of motion
  • Calms guarding patterns
  • Enhances proprioception
Photizo Light Therapy

Photizo Light Therapy

Photizo delivers a precise dose of red and infrared light to support cellular healing. It is widely used for wounds, chronic joint pain, hot spots and post-surgical recovery — completely non-invasive and pain-free.

  • Reduces inflammation
  • Speeds tissue healing
  • Eases chronic pain
  • Non-invasive and drug-free
